With the experience gained in developing 'Jugaad', Karm Marg's diverse product range made largely from waste and eco-friendly materials, it now has something to share. There are lots of organizations that have just started developing products from local resources, or are beginning to think along those lines. Karm Marg has considerable value in terms of its expertise in developing such products with their eventual users in mind. This as an activity is of much interest to Karm Marg.

Karm Marg is directly involved in skill sharing and income generation programs with women and youth in the villages surrounding Karm Gaon in Haryana. We have also been associated in skill sharing and training focus groups of various organizations across the country.

To spread the spirit of innovation at the grassroots is the dream of Karm Marg. Only then will we address the roots of the huge migration happening to our overcrowded mega cities and create a culture of self-employment linked to mainstream sectors in innovative ways.
